Senior Staffing Manager at SNI Companies

SNI Companies has partnered with a Commercial Contracting group in the North Dallas area that is looking to find a qualified Project Manager to join their organization. In this role, you’ll lead the charge on commercial construction projects, ensuring they’re completed on time, under budget, and with a laser focus on quality and safety. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage financials through tools like Procore, and ensure strong client communication every step of the way.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all project phases, from estimates and bids to scheduling and execution
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Drive preconstruction planning and scope definition
• Forecast and track project costs, changes, and documentation
• Lead a project team including APMs, engineers, and coordinators
• Maintain compliance with safety, labor, and regulatory standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience (retail, healthcare, education, office preferred)
• Skilled in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and CMAR contracts
• Strong communicator with outstanding organization and leadership skills
• A proven track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines
