Stanford University’s SLAC Project Management Office in Menlo Park seeks a Project Management Specialist to support infrastructure projects by coordinating technical activities and planning and executing small minor projects. You will liaise with SLAC scientific staff, operations groups, and other PMO functions.
Your responsibilities include reviewing plans, outlining objectives, sequencing project phases, and monitoring cost and time baselines.
The SLAC Project Management Office is seeking a Project Management Specialist to support SLAC Infrastructure Projects by coordinating technical activities and planning and executing small minor projects. In addition to core duties, the Project Management Specialist will coordinate and liaison with a broad range of client groups and stakeholders. This includes SLAC scientific staff, operations organization as well as other functional areas of the Project Office. This position reports to the Design and Construction Services Manager in the Project Management Office.
