Take appropriate action to achieve success of assigned projects. Develop project plans, establish requirements, control risks and issues, monitor and control implementation, and facilitate stakeholder communication and relationships. Assist with proposals for new business. Pursue initiatives to improve companywide project management knowledge and integration. Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Communications, Public Relations, related field. (1) Desirable: Maintained Project Management Professional certification. With management approval, AFMC will pay for reasonable costs associated with maintaining desired certifications.
1 Five (5) years’ work experience in related field may be substituted for the Bachelor’s degree. If work experience is substituted it is in addition to stated work experience requirements.
Required: Three (3) years of experience leading or coordinating projects.
Desirable: Three (3) to five (5) years of experience leading projects. Experience with healthcare quality improvement projects. Public speaking experience or training. Experience with BPMN process modeling notation. Experience with CRM or cloud-based software.
