Job summary

Parkview Health in Fort Wayne, Indiana, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver IS PMO projects, including departmental deployments of technologies and clinical systems.

You will develop plans, manage budgets and resources, lead teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery using PM methodology. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement are essential. A minimum of 4 years PM experience plus PMP preference are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement of Associate’s degree. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years Project Management experience leading project team sizes of 5+ team members.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated skill and/or experience in PMBOK, root-cause analysis, financial management, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide Project Management services within IS PMO for IS projects including departmental deployments of technologies and clinical systems.
• Assist with developing plans, coordinating activities, and communicating and controlling project work to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Lead development of requirements, resource plans, deliverables, schedules, risk and contingency plans, and manage capital budgets.
• Manage teams, resolve conflicts, and adhere to standard methodologies and quality processes.

Job description

Responsible for providing Project Management services within IS Project Management Office (PMO) for IS projects that include, but are not limited to departmental level deployment of technologies, business and clinical systems, and management of medium size project teams. Assists with developing plans, coordinating activities, communicates and controls activities of assigned projects to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, using assigned resources according to customer specifications. Proven project experience and communication skills are required. Leads the development of requirements, resource plan, deliverables, schedule, risk and contingency plans and manages the capital budget. Manages teams, resolves conflict and adheres to standard methodology and quality processes.

Education: Minimum requirement of Associate’s degree. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Licensure/Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
