In partnership with the Project Management Institute of Delaware Valley, we offer courses that will enable students to sit for the International Industry Credential, Project Management Professional (PMP) or the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).

The PMP is the most widely accepted international project management credential in the world. According to research through ESMI, an economic modeling software, Southeastern Pennsylvania is expecting job growth in excess of 20 percent and over 10,000 open positions through 2030. The average earning for someone with this credential is $90K per year within this region. Project managers work in a variety of industries including pharmaceutical, contract research organizations, manufacturing, construction, information technology, and others.

Project Management Training is also available to companies as customized on-site training to help prepare employees to better manage projects.

Available Courses
Foundations in Project Management

Our instructors are all PMP-certified practitioners with experience in various professions and numerous academic credentials. This 28-hour course provides an in-depth review of project management principles and a proven and sound foundation of the basics of project management, practical examples, and exercises to mimic real life.

This course will help students increase their knowledge and confidence to manage projects of all sizes and complexities successfully. Students will be able to apply what they learn on the job immediately.

The course aligns with the current PMP Exam Content Outline. The hours that you spend taking this course can be applied to the 35-hour education requirement needed to sit for the PMP Exam.

According to the Project Management Institute, in order to sit for the exam, an applicant must meet the following educational requirements:

  • 36 months of leading projects
  • 35 hours of approved project management training or a CAPM certification

  • A high school diploma or associate's degree
  • 60 hours of leading projects
  • 35 hours of approved project management training or a CAPM certification
