Job summary

AGCO is seeking a Project Management Process Analyst to develop and maintain standardized frameworks and governance for project management. You will ensure processes align with best practices, regulatory requirements, and AGCO QMS while improving efficiency across programs.

Qualified candidates typically hold a 4-year degree, PMP preferred, and 5-10 years of PM experience with tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera. The role emphasizes independent work and team-building capabilities.

Qualifications

  • 4 year University degree required, PMP certification preferred.
  • Minimum 5-10 years experience in project management.
  • Skilled in project management with experience utilizing project management tools (Microsoft Project, Primavera, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
  • Experience in team building and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and manage project management standards, procedures, and specifications
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures for deliverables inside the AGCO Major Product Introduction Process
  • Perform audits to ensure adherence to internal standards, standard operating procedures, and external industry standards (e.g., ISO).
  • Research & Implementation: Stay current on industry developments and emerging technologies to update internal standards and improve operational efficiency
  • Provide training for project management professionals on updated standards and procedures

AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Project Management Process Analyst.

The Project Management Process Analyst is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining standardized frameworks, operating procedures, and governance rules within the project management organization. This role ensures that project management organization processes and projects are consistent with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and AGCO quality management systems (QMS) .

Your Impact
  • Develop, update, and manage project management standards, procedures, and specifications
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures for deliverables inside the AGCO Major Product Introduction Process
