Job summary

Technergetics, LLC is seeking a capable Program/Project Manager to lead DoD-focused IT initiatives in the United States. You will shape requirements, manage budgets and schedules, and guide teams through Scrum and Agile processes to deliver milestones on time.

The role requires active DoD SkillBridge participation, U.S. citizenship, and eligibility for a Secret-level security clearance; federal client experience is a plus. Flexible start times and comprehensive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze, plan, and develop requirements and standards for scheduled projects.
• Develop, maintain, and archive project documentation, cost estimates, roadmaps, work plans, logs, and status reports.
• Provide leadership and technical management using Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for project staff.
• Oversee daily tasks of technical personnel and ensure progress toward milestones.
• Track team performance and deliverables while managing schedule and cost changes.
• Resolve conflicts early and escape unresolved issues through proper channels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, business, or related field (associate degree with experience considered)
• Current project management certification
• Scrum or Agile methodology certification
• Experience with large-scale IT project management
• Experience as a scrum master or software project lead
• Experience working with federal clients and knowledge of federal compliance
