Job summary

Dorman Products invites applications for a Summer Project Management internship based in Colmar, PA. The role requires 4 days in the office and 1 day of virtual work, for a 10-12 week period beginning in late May 2027.

You will support the Project Management team on special projects and help identify SOPs and process improvements. The position seeks detail-oriented, highly organized candidates pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Job Summary

Summer internship working with the Project Management team. This role will be 4 days in office and 1 day virtual, based in Colmar PA. Internship will begin in late May 2027and continue for 10-12 weeks.

Primary Duties

• Support the Project Management team with special projects. Projects to be identified closer to the start date based on business needs.
• Identify and implement process improvements, work with cross functional teams to create SOPs
• Must successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously to transition products from development into production.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, resourceful, and work well in a cross-functional team environment.
• Must be able to develop relationships and initiate, communicate, and take actions to resolve issues both internally and externally.
• Physical Requirement: Capability to lift 20 pounds.
• Working Conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to reach, swivel, carry items from one building to another, and speak and actively listen. Noise level is usually moderate.

Education / Experience

• Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in relevant area

The US base rate for this full-time position is $22/hr. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay equity. Compensation decisions are made based on the specific facts and circumstances of each role and candidate.
