Job summary

MIGSO-PCUBED Group in Seattle seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with budgets, timelines, and objectives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory affairs to deliver successful outcomes onsite.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in project management, familiarity with Agile/Waterfall/hybrid approaches, and strong communication skills for executive-level updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in biotech, life sciences, engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from initiation to closure aligned with objectives, budgets, and timelines.
• Develop and manage schedules, cost plans, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory teams to drive success.
