Job summary

MIGSO-PCUBED in Seattle, WA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead client projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with objectives, budgets, and timelines.

You will develop schedules, manage costs and resources, collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory teams, and communicate with executives and stakeholders. This onsite role offers growth and a global PM network.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).
  • PMP certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project execution from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with objectives, budgets and timelines.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, cost plans, and resource allocation to support deliverables and milestones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to drive project success.
  • Identify risks and implement contingency plans to mitigate disruptions.
  • Facilitate communication across levels, including executive updates and stakeholder presentations.
  • Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices in project management and operational efficiency.
  • Support client engagements onsite in the Seattle area.
