• Oversees operational aspects of ongoing projects and liaises between project management, planning, and line management.
• Reviews project status and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for problem solving with project managers and clients.
