Job summary

KTech, LLC is seeking a Project Management Analyst to lead planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects for federal clients. You will develop comprehensive project plans, track milestones, manage risks, and produce leadership-ready reports.

The role requires 3–5 years in project management, a Bachelor’s in a related field, and strong proficiency with SharePoint and Office; PMP/CAPM preferred, with readiness to travel across the Pacific Rim.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
  • 3–5 years of demonstrated project management experience.
  • PMP or CAPM certification preferred.
  • DHA experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills; able to travel the Pacific Rim.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and deliver consulting projects for public sector and federal clients.
  • Develop project plans, WBS, schedules, and monitor progress against baselines.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Prepare status reports, dashboards, and documentation for leadership.
  • Facilitate meetings, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure quality deliverables.

Role Description The Project Management Analyst will perform the planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects, ensuring that scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met for public sector and federal clients. Responsibilities include:

  • Project Planning, Scheduling, and Execution: prepare and maintain comprehensive project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), and project schedules using existing government tools and assist to plan and execute military healthcare projects, including information technology efforts (e.g., voice over internet protocol and virtual medical operations center).
  • Performance Tracking: monitor and track project progress against established baselines, including milestones, deliverables, and deadlines and report any deviations.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify, analyze, and document project risks and issues as well as maintain and update the project's risk register and issue log.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and deliver recurring and ad-hoc project status reports, briefings, dashboards, and other project-related documentation for various levels of leadership.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Schedule and facilitate project meetings (e.g., kick-off, status reviews, technical interchange meetings). Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, record and publish meeting minutes, and track action items to completion, and deliver all documentation in approved formats and store it in the designated location.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and facilitate effective communication and coordination across diverse groups of stakeholders, including clinical, technical, and administrative personnel.
  • Special Projects: The Contractor shall assist with completing special projects.
  • Quality: The Contractor shall provide project management support services that are timely, accurate, and complete.
  • Deliverables: The Contractor shall prepare the required deliverables.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of demonstrated experience in a project management role
  • Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification is preferred
  • Defense Health Agency (DHA) experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain interpersonal relationships
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Able to travel the Pacific Rim
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with federal information technology procurements and projects (desired)
  • Security Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen and must pass security background investigation
