Job summary

Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC in San Antonio, TX is seeking a highly motivated Project Management Analyst to assist with project tracking, reporting, risk management, and resource coordination to ensure successful program execution. You will work closely with project managers, technical teams, and client stakeholders across federal IT initiatives including cybersecurity and cloud.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Six (6) years of direct experience managing technical projects, enterprise IT implementations, or systems engineering contracts within cleared government or corporate environments.
• Experience supporting federal government contracts preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.
• Knowledge of PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe methodologies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, and assist with mitigation planning.
