Job summary

Federal Express Corporation in Collierville, TN seeks an Analyst to support planning and organizing multiple divisional projects within the Customer Experience organization.

You will develop planning alternatives, independently coordinate communications, manage project schedules and prepare management reports to drive on-time completion.

This role offers the chance to impact cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with experienced teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline required.
• Minimum two years of experience in project management, product development, business/financial analysis, or systems design.
• Proficient with project management/planning software and strong analytical skills.

• Develops alternatives to accomplish departmental planning objectives.
• Provides project communication, documentation and coordination independently.
• CE project management activities to include project schedules, status reporting and other tasks required to effectively support, manage and monitor a project through to successful completion.
• Assists in preparation of reports for management.
• Assists in a specific portion of a larger or more complex project for department processes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education
