Contribute to ensuring project work progresses on schedule, within budget, and to the required level of product quality and regulatory compliance. Apply project management fundamentals, tools, and methodologies to support delivery of business objectives while continuing to develop project leadership capabilities within a regulated medical device environment.

What you will be doing:

  • Support geographically dispersed teams, and external partners, in the execution of international product launches and/or regional specific product updates to maintain compliance.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and deliverables in accordance with established processes.
  • Coordinate assigned project activities and track action items, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Support task assignment and follow‑up with internal and external team members.
  • Participate in Agile Scrum activities such as daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, as applicable.
  • Support achievement of project quality, cost, and schedule objectives while maintaining compliance with design controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare project status updates and contribute to risk, issue, and change management discussions.
  • Assist with implementation of approved design changes into production and related engineering activities.
What you will bring:
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience, which may include project coordination, engineering, operations, or other technical roles supporting product development or sustaining activities.
  • Experience may be gained through a combination of full‑time industry roles, internships, co‑op assignments, or rotational programs.
  • Foundational exposure to project management practices such as scheduling, task coordination, risk tracking, and project documentation.
  • Working knowledge of Agile and/or traditional project management methodologies; experience participating as a team member on Scrum‑based projects is preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with global cross‑functional teams and external partners within a regulated product development environment.
  • Experience supporting or leading international product launches or market expansion initiatives is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with global regulatory submission and approval processes is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Agile (CSM/PSM) or Project Management certification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or CAPM is a plus but not required.
