The Opportunity
This position works out of our Columbus, OH location in the Nutrition Division.
The Design Assurance Project Leader will work with product development teams to assure the quality, safety and efficacy of our products from development through commercialization. The Project Leader needs to be team oriented, agile, innovative and able to anticipate and mitigate risks. The Project Leader delivers timely, fact-based analysis and decisions focused on assuring quality products.
The successful candidate works with their functional group peers and managers to execute defined Design Assurance related deliverables to ensure successful scale up to commercial scale manufacturing (successful FLTS process). Together with R&D, Technical Centers and Plant operations, the incumbent assesses critical to quality attributes and ensures the manufacturability of new formulations and products.
This position reports to the Manager, Global Design Assurance. Ensures that all Abbott Nutrition products meet the highest standards for quality required by regulations and is responsible for identifying trends in product performance and adapting or transforming quality processes to achieve breakthrough improvements.

The base pay for this position is
$66,700.00 – $133,300.00
In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
