Polaris Inc. is seeking a seasoned leader to drive end-to-end color and graphics program execution for Off-Road Vehicle programs across multiple platforms.
You will manage requirements, schedules, budgets, BOM structures, validation activities, and engineering changes, partnering with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers and cross-functional teams to meet cost, quality, durability, performance, and timing goals.

You will lead color and graphics project execution for Off-Road Vehicle programs across multiple platforms each model year. In this role, you will manage project requirements, schedules, budgets, deliverables, BOM structures, validation activities, and engineering changes to support successful program execution. You will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and cross-functional partners to deliver graphics and finish solutions that meet cost, quality, durability, performance, and timing objectives. The starting pay range for Minnesota is $81,000 to $107,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors, it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range.
To qualify for this position, former employees must be eligible for rehire, and current employees must be in good standing.
