  • Track program scope, requirements, risks, and issues, ensuring alignment with business unit and program objectives.
  • Apply the Polaris Product Development Process to ensure engineering requirements are documented, tracked, and met.
  • Support development and maintenance of project schedules, resource plans, and budget estimates.
  • Ensure electrical and software deliverables remain aligned with platform and feature requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues, gather inputs, and maintain program alignment.
  • Prepare and communicate clear status updates for program leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support risk identification and mitigation activities throughout the development cycle.
  • Contribute to a high‑performing, collaborative team environment.
Desired Competencies
  • Technical / Functional Expertise: Apply the required technical or professional knowledge to perform your role effectively and stay current within your area of expertise.
  • Critical Thinking: Analyze information objectively, evaluate options, and apply sound judgment to solve problems and make informed decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with others across functions and levels, contributing to shared goals while respecting different perspectives.
Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of engineering or engineering project experience in a related industry.
  • Background in electronics, embedded software, or system integration preferred.
  • Experience with project management tools and basic scheduling methods.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering and cross‑functional teams.
  • Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality and customer needs.
  • Travel up to 5–15%, including domestic and international.
  • Position is not eligible for sponsorship.
