Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics) is required.
• 5+ years of engineering or project management experience.
• Strong communication skills and customer focus are essential.
• Ability to travel to customer sites (~40% of the time).

Responsibilities

• Translate the project contractual technical requirements into scheduled deliverables for engineering teams.
• Identify and manage resources across engineering teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure output quality by adhering to established engineering standards and processes.
• Provide project status, risks, and mitigation updates to the Project Manager.
