Appathon.Ai seeks a Project Lead for Emerging Technology Consulting & Services to drive delivery of public-sector engagements in Oklahoma City and beyond. You will serve as the primary contact for client relationships, define scope, and coordinate cross-functional teams across AI, ML, data, cloud, and automation initiatives.

Position: Project Lead – Emerging Technology Consulting & Services

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience leading public-sector technology engagements and will serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships, delivery coordination, escalations, and emerging technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation point for the engagement
• Lead public-sector technology engagements and manage client relationships
• Coordinate delivery teams, consultants, technical resources, and subcontractors
• Oversee project/program objectives, milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues
• Support the development and execution of Statements of Work (SOWs)
• Coordinate emerging technology consulting and implementation activities
• Manage communication with government stakeholders and purchasing entities
• Provide leadership across AI, ML, Data, Cloud, Automation, and other emerging technologies
• Ensure delivery teams provide highly qualified resources for public-sector engagements
• Support nationwide and multi-state service delivery
• Monitor engagement quality, timelines, stakeholder satisfaction, and deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI, ML, Data, Cloud, Automation, or other emerging technologies
• Nationwide or multi-state engagement experience
• PMP, PgMP, or comparable project/program certification
• Experience with NASPO or cooperative purchasing contracts
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, Public Administration, or a related field.
