Job description

Job Title: Team Lead

This exciting new Lead role focuses on managing a 50-person team responsible for training an AI engine and coordinating work and hand-offs across different time zones. The role includes performance management, team morale, client engagement, stakeholder management, prioritization of work, KPI management, and process improvement.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a team of 50 employees, including performance management
  2. KPI management
  3. Process improvement
  4. Work in a fast-paced environment
  5. Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and product managers
  6. Ensure proper documentation and instructions for remote teams
  7. Manage successful delivery of hand-offs from the US team to remote teams
  8. Manage scope of work and deliverables for the team
  9. Learn new software programs on the job
  10. Think strategically about end-to-end processes and how to improve them
  11. Execute and deliver process improvements
