Qualifications

• OSHA 10 required (OSHA 30 preferred) and Trench & Excavation Competent Person Certification (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple field crews across site prep, bulk earthmoving, and underground utilities (storm, sanitary, water).
• Manage daily project costs and schedules, optimize labor and machine utilization, and track production in HeavyJob.
• Coordinate subcontractor workflows and liaise with municipal inspectors for sign-offs.

Are you an experienced civil construction leader who knows how to run a jobsite with precision and accountability? We are hiring a Project Lead for a direct placement role in Front Royal, VA.

In this role, you will serve as the operational anchor for site development and underground utility projects—managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and municipal inspectors in HeavyJob, while retaining the hands‑on skill to operate heavy equipment when the job demands it.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Crew Leadership: Schedule, direct, and mentor multiple field crews across site prep, bulk earthmoving, and underground utility installations (storm, sanitary, water).
