Salary range: $29.00 - $35.00 per hour, plus potential bonus.
The Project Labor Foreman is responsible for assisting in the management of daily project activities to include clean up, safety enforcement, coordination of project deliveries and subcontractor activities in accordance with Holland Partner Group’s Core Values.
No specific level of education is required. However, ability to read, write and speak English is required for safety and productivity reasons.
Five years construction related experience required. Experience in concrete, wood, steel, stud framing, drywall and structural steel erection preferred.
This full-time position requires regular and punctual attendance compliant with the schedule set to meet company needs. Additional hours or overtime may be required.
This position takes place in a construction environment that involves hazardous work conditions requiring protective equipment and training that conforms to OSHA and applicable State Agency regulations. Office and toilet conditions may be temporary in nature. Site offices may be subject to dust, noise, and temperature variations not typically encountered in a standard office environment.
