Archinect is seeking a talented architectural designer based in New York City to manage Construction Documentation and Administration phases in a research-driven environment. The role involves direct involvement in shaping projects, emphasizing strong design abilities and exceptional organizational skills.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience and an M.Arch or B.Arch degree, with advanced proficiency in Rhino and AutoCAD. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.

We are seeking a talented and highly committed architectural designer with the experience and ability to effectively manage and lead the Construction Documentation (CD) and Construction Administration (CA) phases. This position offers an opportunity to work within a research-driven and design-centered studio environment where you will have direct involvement in shaping projects from initial concept development through realization, with meaningful responsibility for driving projects forward and contributing to built design outcomes. This role requires strong design abilities and exceptional organizational, coordination, and written and verbal communication skills.
