Job summary

Avion Solutions, Inc. is seeking Project Integrators of all levels to support U.S. Army aviation platforms. These positions will be located at Ft. Eustis, VA, and are contingent upon award.

Ideal candidates will coordinate among engineering and logistics, track project performance, and prepare status reports. Must be a U.S. citizen with security clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a DoW security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary coordinator among engineering and logistics.
• Coordinate project activities across technical organizations.
• Develop and manage project requirements and schedules.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and engineers.
• Track project risks, issues, budgets, and performance.
• Support project execution from concept to completion.
• Prepare executive-level status reports and updates.
• Ensure technical deliverables meet airworthiness requirements.

Job Responsibilities/Duties:

• Serve as the primary coordinator among engineering, testing, logistics, and customer organizations to ensure the successful execution of aviation engineering projects.
• Coordinate project activities across multiple technical organizations.
• Develop and manage project requirements, schedules, and estimates.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Track project risks, issues, budgets, and technical performance.
• Support project execution from concept through completion.
• Prepare executive-level status reports, briefings, and project updates.
• Ensure technical deliverables support airworthiness and program requirements.

Required:

• Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain/maintain a DoW security clearance.
