Overview

The Opportunity: As a Project Integrator on our team, you’ll manage the development and integration of individual projects within our large scale program. You’ll keep your projects on course as you track progress, anticipate needs, and facilitate communication between the Acquisition Office, program managers, lead engineers, and customer. Your organized, hands-on approach will help you stay ahead of challenges and build a team that consistently delivers beyond expectations.

This position is located onsite in Springfield, VA and requires a TS/SCI POLY.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the development and integration of individual projects within our large scale program.
  • Keep projects on course by tracking progress, anticipating needs, and facilitating communication between the Acquisition Office, program managers, lead engineers, and customer.
  • Demonstrate an organized, hands-on approach to stay ahead of challenges and help the team deliver beyond expectations.
  • Be responsible for support of program business and functional operations.
  • Facilitate resolution of operational issues and act as a liaison between the customer and ecosystem providers.
  • Manage project schedules and project integrator onsite processes.
Qualifications

Required:

  • University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 7 years of related work experience
  • TS/SCI with Active poly (Background Investigation and Poly conducted in the last 4 years)
  • 5+ years of project management, including project initiation, stakeholder communication plans, project tailoring and project close out
  • 5+ years of experience with tracking project deliverables, milestones, and schedules for systems or software delivery programs
  • 5+ years of experience with requirements review and tracking
  • 5+ years of experience with management for systems or software delivery programs
  • Ability to manage project schedules and project integrator onsite processes
  • Ability to work and communicate at multiple levels from senior leadership to installation teams
  • Experience with program management, readiness reviews, and governance boards
  • Experience with conducting technical exchange meetings
  • Experience with working in team environments
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with using SharePoint, Confluence, and JIRA
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to create project documentation

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range: The final salary is influenced by location, contract factors, experience, skills, education, and certifications. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, wellness, retirement, and time off.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$78,700 - $165,200
