Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in rail or infrastructure installation with supervisory responsibilities.
• Proficiency with project management tools and installation methodologies.
• Strong understanding of rail systems, standards, and quality assurance.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
