Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Project HSE Coordinator to support Advanced Manufacturing projects in Corpus Christi, TX. You will partner with the HSE Director and Manager to drive health, safety and environmental excellence on the EPCM program, ensuring no injuries and minimal impact to operations.

This role emphasizes incident response, hazard assessments, training, regulatory compliance and collaboration with construction teams.

Qualifications

• HSE certification and/or associate degree in safety, industrial hygiene, engineering or related field
• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated construction experience in managing Health and Safety in the Construction sector
• Experience with managing and conducting safety training
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
• Demonstrated interpersonal relations and personnel management skills
• Working knowledge in applicable regulatory compliance, as well as all federal, state and local agencies requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide HSE support and leadership to EPCM project at client facility
• Lead HSE excellence and deliver a project ensuring no worker injuries or negative impacts to client’s business continuity
• Lead incident notification, investigation and reporting process
• Develop review subcontractor hazard assessments and deliverables
• Participate in operational readiness reviews or other forums relevant to project success
