Job summary
Jacobs is seeking a Project HSE Coordinator to support Advanced Manufacturing project portfolio, providing HSE leadership on a Corpus Christi EPCM site. You will partner with the HSE Director and project team to drive safety excellence and ensure no injuries or disruptions to the client’s operations.
Role requires 2+ years in construction safety, training delivery, and regulatory knowledge, with strong communication and collaboration across field staff and stakeholders. Hybrid work is offered.
Qualifications
- HSE certification and/or associate degree in safety, industrial hygiene, engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of construction experience in Health and Safety.
- Experience with safety training delivery.
- Proficient in Word, Teams, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and personnel management skills.
- Working knowledge of applicable regulatory compliance and federal/state/local requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead HSE excellence for the EPCM project and coordinate with client and project teams.
- Provide training, guidance and governance to ensure alignment with HSE plans.
- Manage incident notification, investigation and reporting processes.
- Develop subcontractor hazard assessments and related deliverables.
- Contribute to operational readiness reviews and other project forums.
- Support a hybrid work model and travel to project sites as needed.
