C2Earth, Inc. seeks a Project Geologist or Engineer to lead geotechnical and geologic projects from proposal through completion in Campbell and nearby coastal areas. You will oversee field investigations, analyze soil and groundwater data, and draft evaluations and reports for clients and regulators.

You’ll collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors and public officials, growing toward licensure with strong mentorship and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of relevant professional experience in geotechnical or engineering geology consulting.
• Progress toward California professional licensure (GIT, EIT, PG, PE, or CEG/GE) is preferred.
• Strong field skills including soil/rock logging, geologic mapping, and construction observation.
• Solid writing and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Team-oriented mindset, curiosity, and initiative to take ownership of your work.

What We’re Looking For
