Qualifications

• Must have construction experience in plumbing and/or mechanical.
• Journeyman license preferred but not required.
• A valid DRIVER'S LICENSE is required.
• Ability to read, interpret, and understand specifications, addenda, submittals and construction schedules.
• Understanding of Plumbing and Mechanical trade codes and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise project tasks in plumbing/mechanical trades.
• Read and interpret project specifications, drawings, and schedules.
• Ensure all work complies with contract, drawings, specifications and codes.
• Collaborate with trades to complete projects on time and safely.

Work in your local area of domicile! Multiple openings! Prior skilled construction experience in plumbing and/or mechanical is necessary.Candidates with a Journeyman license preferred but not required. A valid DL is required.

Wages up to $39 per hour, pay is based upon experience and credentials. EOE.

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 100 pounds on a regular basis.
• Must have an understanding of math, basic algebra and geometry.
• Uses trade tools and other equipment as required.
• Read, interpret and understand specifications, addenda, submittals and construction schedules.
• Ensure all work is performed and completed as specified by contract, engineering drawings, specifications and applicable codes.
• Understanding of Plumbing and Mechanical trade codes, formulas and industry standards
• Must have excellent communication and leadership skills!
• Ability to work with others.
