Thompson Facilities Services is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Project/Floor Technician who will maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of flooring surfaces throughout the campus of Benedict College. The position performs specialized floor care services including stripping, waxing, buffing, carpet cleaning, and preventative maintenance in academic buildings, residence halls, administrative offices, dining facilities, and common areas.
The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting a safe and welcoming campus environment.
This position may require working during inclement weather events.
