My client is seeking a driven and analytical finance professional to join their Structured Finance team as an Assistant Vice President (AVP) or Associate, depending on experience. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact transactions across project finance, infrastructure, M&A, and syndicated lending, with a clear path to deepen your expertise in complex deal structuring and portfolio oversight.

Client Relationship & Business Development

• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement.
• Support the identification of new business opportunities and assist in shaping marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to structure and negotiate terms for new financings.
• Manage a diversified loan book across project finance, syndicated deals, and leveraged lending.
• Ensure timely execution of credit renewals, drawdowns, and reporting obligations.
• Track portfolio performance and proactively address emerging risks.
• Conduct in-depth financial, industry, and credit analysis for prospective and existing borrowers.
• Draft and present credit memos and recommendations for approval.
• Collaborate with risk teams on underwriting and due diligence.
• Monitor asset quality and ensure ongoing alignment with underwriting expectations.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).

1–4 years (Associate) or 5+ years (AVP) of experience in structured or project finance, credit, or loan syndications.

Formal credit training and strong financial modeling skills are essential.

Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure with strong attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred due to international client base.
