Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.

• Experience with project finance at a top-tier law firm.
• Familiarity with ISDA, EEI, and similar documentation.
• Experience with tax equity financings and other renewables/infrastructure financings.

Responsibilities

• Manage closings for project finance and acquisition finance transactions in power, infrastructure, and energy sectors.
• Prepare and review credit, cash waterfall, and security documentation.
• Conduct diligence on large renewable and conventional power, infrastructure, and energy projects.
• Draft and negotiate bid and commitment papers.

A law firm seeks a highly qualified junior to mid-level project finance attorney to join their sponsor-side project finance group in New York.
