Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Project Finance professional to build and analyze financial models for residential solar portfolios and assist with structuring project finance and corporate transactions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance/economics or business.

• Detail-oriented and organized with superior analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

• In-depth understanding of finance/valuation concepts and financial statements.
• Extensive financial modeling experience.

Working for an established leader in solar energy finance, you will gain valuable experience supporting the company's $5.0 billion annual solar financing engine in the high-growth residential solar sector. In your role, you will help structure, negotiate, execute and manage project- and corporate-level debt and equity transactions. You will work collaboratively with investors and various groups inthe company and develop expertise in areas such as tax equity, securitized products, institutional term loans, bank debt, financial planning & analysis, as well as asset management and reporting. As a member of the Project Finance team, you will have the opportunity to use your excellent businessand analytical skills to support C-level decision-making and drive company success.

• Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience at a major investment bank or private equity firm (experience in energy, power or renewable energy preferred, but not required) or a renewable energy company
• Strong work ethic and ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced work environment
• Detail-oriented and organized with superior analytical abilities
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think creatively to solve complex business and financial problems
• In-depth understanding of finance/valuation concepts and financial statements
• Extensive financial modeling experience

• Superior knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

-Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows, or possess the agility and "growth mindset" to rapidly master new AI technologies as they are integrated into the company's operations.

Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:$123,433.70 to $164,578.26
