KPI Solutions in Belton, TX seeks an experienced Project Finance Analyst to serve as the financial link between PMO, software, and accounting. Owns project financial data, budgets, spend, and forecasting.

This cross-functional role requires communicating financial status clearly to senior management and collaborating with project managers, accounting, and solutions teams to optimize project profitability. Bachelor’s degree required; 3–5 years in finance; PoC accounting experience; strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Experience with Percent of Completion accounting in project-based environments.
• Thorough understanding of project management best practices.
• Ability to translate financial data for non-financial personnel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Project Managers to ensure timely, accurate flow of project financial data into company systems and reporting.
• Advise the PMO on the optimum structure and classification of projects and project documentation within the ERP system.
• Own Project Progress Projections (PPPs) and facilitate the flow of cost projections into forecasts.
• Consult with Accounting and PMO to identify and resolve project finance-related issues.
• Assess project risk and analyze program variances against budget.
• Forecasting data and project budgets.
• Stay current on the financial status and report to management.
• Attend PMO meetings and interact regularly with Project Managers.
