Job summary

CORE POWER is seeking a Project Finance Analyst to join the Commercial Analytics team in Washington, D.C. The role focuses on building and maintaining project finance models for floating nuclear power projects, including SPV structures, cash flow analyses and pricing scenarios for investor engagements.

You will refine cost and revenue models, assess financing structures, and translate techno-economic data into actionable commercial guidance for strategic partnerships and deployment decisions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in project finance, preferably in energy or infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains project finance models for FNPP/CMNP deployments, including SPVs, capital structure, cash flow and returns.
• Develops offtake revenue structures (PPA, tolling, lease vs own) and analyzes deal economics across end users.
• Supports capital formation options (equity, debt, export credits, government programs) and prepares pricing analyses for investors.
• Coordinates with Finance to align project models with corporate planning and fundraising materials.
