Job summary

Cross Fire & Security Co., an Altus Fire & Life Safety company, seeks a Project Analyst to lead project-finance processes and drive coordination across Finance, Project Management, Operations, Sales, and Service.

You will oversee the project lifecycle from setup and WIP tracking to forecasting, billing readiness, revenue recognition, and closeout, turning data into actionable insights to improve performance and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction finance and project accounting.
• Strong understanding of WIP.
• Ability to improve financial practices while leading a team.
• Experience with NetSuite and ServiceTrade preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project-finance processes and coordinate between Finance, Project Management, Operations, Sales, and Service.
• Provide financial leadership across the project lifecycle—from setup and WIP tracking to forecasting, billing readiness, revenue recognition, and closeout.
