Job summary

Epstein Architecture, Engineering and Construction seeks a Project Field Engineer to support site supervision and project management on large construction projects across the United States.

The role emphasizes coordinating field activities, maintaining schedules and quality, with a focus on safety and effective collaboration between design and field teams. A 1–4 year field background and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of field experience on large projects for GC/CM.
• Working knowledge of field construction: systems, safety and procedures.
• Ability to interpret construction documents and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains client, subcontractor and vendor relationships.
• Ensures construction schedules are followed by trades.
• Coordinates construction sequence and maintains site safety programs.
• Prepares field documentation and reports (daily/weekly).
• Supports interface between design and field construction.
