Job summary

CSG Talent is seeking a Project Executive for a major Life Science/Pharmaceutical Manufacturing construction program based in Chicago with travel. The role will oversee a $200m+ project, driving execution and coordinating between design, construction, and operations teams.

Accepts per diem travel, relocation, and a strong bonus structure. Ideal candidates have senior leadership in ENR-ranked firms and a track record of delivering complex GMP/ life science facilities.

Qualifications

• Strong project leadership for large-scale Life Science / Pharmaceutical Manufacturing construction programs.
• Experience managing multi-hundred million dollar projects in Chicago or similar markets.

• Lead and deliver a key $200m+ Life Science/Pharmaceutical Manufacturing project in Chicago.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, oversee construction teams, and ensure safety and schedule adherence.

My client, a leading ENR ranked Construction Firm have a terrific opportunity for a strong Project Executive / Leader to join their large projects team. You will initially be managing a key $200m + Life Science / Pharmaceutical Manufacturing project in Chicago.
