M. A. Mortenson Company is seeking an experienced Project Executive I responsible for managing large construction projects. This role involves leading a project team and ensuring successful customer relationships while maintaining project budgets and overseeing operations.

Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced Project Executive I who is responsible for providing overall management for large projects, leading the project team, and ensuring key and successful customer relations, as well as assisting operating groups with winning work. This individual will have the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
The base pay range for this role is $168,100 - $252,200. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
