Job summary

Harris & Co Executive Search is seeking a Project Executive to own the electrical delivery on a landmark data center campus. The role spans six to seven years, with one programme to be delivered end-to-end, setting the standard and leading the team on site.

You will have full P&L ownership, authority to run the project your way, and direct interaction with senior leadership. Based in the Richmond area, you will manage self-perform capabilities and ensure quality and schedule control.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large electrical or mission critical programmes at $50m+
• Experience building and leading multi-project teams with commercial accountability
• Willing to be based in the Richmond area with regular on-site presence

Take a roughly $1bn data center programme from mobilisation through to completion.

My client is a self-perform electrical design-build contractor with a national reputation in mission critical. They have secured a six to seven year, multi-billion dollar data center campus and are appointing a Project Executive to own the electrical delivery on it.
