Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Project Executive of Construction in Detroit to lead commercial, industrial, and institutional projects from preconstruction through completion. You will oversee project teams, manage budgets and schedules, maintain client relationships, and drive execution from planning to closeout.

Role requires seasoned leadership with a track record in large-scale construction, strong communication, and formal coordination across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Proven track record leading large-scale projects from preconstruction to completion.
• Experience guiding Project Managers, Superintendents and project teams.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, scheduling and contract negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction project planning to set scope, priorities and targets.
• Coordinate project teams, contractors and stakeholders to keep work moving.
• Track schedules, milestones and deliverables for timely completion.
• Review progress and address delivery issues.
• Communicate updates and decisions to stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and closeout records.
• Coordinate activities across all project phases.
• Drive project closeout and deliverables completion.
