Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Engineers, and Operations staff.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and key stakeholders; serve as the executive point of contact.
• Provide executive oversight of safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance; monitor health, resources, risks, and efficiency.
• Drive standardized processes and performance metrics to ensure project success.

What You’ll Do

• Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Engineers, and Operations staff.
  • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance.
  • Coach emerging leaders and support succession planning across the organization.
  • Foster employee engagement, professional development, and long-term career growth.
• Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
  • Serve as the executive point of contact for strategic projects and client partnerships.
  • Lead executive-level communications, problem resolution, and project reviews.
  • Ensure transparency, trust, and alignment throughout project execution.
• Operational & Financial Oversight
  • Provide executive oversight of multiple projects, ensuring excellence in safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance.
  • Monitor project health, resource allocation, risk exposure, and operational efficiency.
  • Support project teams in resolving complex contractual, technical, and operational challenges.
  • Drive consistency through best practices, standardized processes, and performance metrics.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 15 years of progressive construction management experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple projects and teams.
• Proven success managing large, complex construction projects and client relationships.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, financial, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build high-performing teams.
