Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Executive to lead client relationships and project delivery across Wisconsin. You will own the territory and drive growth in HVAC/mechanical construction projects.

This leadership role requires strong client service, understanding of estimating and delivery, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Travel across Wisconsin to project sites will be expected as you coordinate with internal teams and visit active sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for complex clients throughout Wisconsin.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships from initial concept through project closeout.
• Provide a high level of client service and conduct regular client check-ins.
• Support project development and execution across the territory.
• Review project estimates and provide input as needed.
• Coordinate with internal project teams to ensure timely, successful delivery.
• Visit active construction sites as needed.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and growth.
• Take ownership of results, client satisfaction, and territory performance.

We’re looking for an experienced Project Executive to help lead client relationships and project execution across Wisconsin.

This is a high-visibility leadership role for someone who understands HVAC/mechanical construction, client development, project delivery, and relationship management and is ready to take ownership of a territory and grow with a fast-expanding organization.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a key point of contact for complex clients throughout Wisconsin

• Experience in HVAC, mechanical construction, commercial construction, or a related industry
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
• Understanding of construction projects, estimating, and project delivery
• Ability to review and understand project estimates

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
• Willingness to travel throughout Wisconsin and visit project sites
