This role serves as the single point of accountability for scope review, take-offs, pricing, margin validation, proposal quality, bidding documentation, and on-time submission.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment where accuracy, communication, and follow-through matter. This person will collaborate with vendors, internal team members, clients, and trade partners while maintaining ownership of clear assumptions, documented deviations, and complete bid packages.
