RIMEPRO INC. is seeking an Estimator to join the preconstruction team in Sacramento. You will be integral to bid evaluation, cost development, and buyout, collaborating with owners, architects, engineers, and subs to shape projects before field execution.
The role emphasizes problem solving, visibility into project risks, and developing value engineering opportunities across multifamily, commercial, aviation, infrastructure, and historical restoration projects.
If you are an Estimator who wants to do more than simply put together numbers, this is an opportunity to become a key part of the preconstruction process on some of the Bay Area’s most complex and high profile construction projects.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, Project Executives, Project Managers, and Superintendents to help shape projects before they ever reach the field.
Projects range from $5M to $200M+ and span multifamily residential, commercial, aviation, infrastructure, prefab and modular construction, seismic retrofits, historic restoration, waterfront projects, and community facilities.
This is a great opportunity for an Estimator who enjoys problem solving, building relationships, analyzing projects, and having a real influence on how a project comes together.
You will play a critical role throughout the preconstruction process, from initial bid evaluation through buyout and project handoff.
This is not a role where you are sitting behind a spreadsheet all day.
You will have direct exposure to clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and senior leadership and will be involved in decisions that can fundamentally impact the success of a project.
You will also work across a diverse range of project types, giving you the opportunity to expand your experience and build a highly valuable preconstruction skill set.
With projects ranging from $5M to more than $200M, there is plenty of opportunity to work on increasingly complex projects and continue growing your career.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail oriented, collaborative, and genuinely interested in understanding how projects come together.
