Redmond is looking for a motivated Estimator to manage the planning, estimating, and coordination of projects in Chicago. This role involves developing estimates, performing quantity takeoffs, and collaborating with clients and trade partners to ensure seamless project execution.

This role supports the planning, estimating, and coordination of projects during the preconstruction phase. This role helps ensure accurate pricing, strategic alignment, and a seamless transition into execution. Responsibilities include developing estimates, performing quantity takeoffs, soliciting and evaluating trade partner bids, and collaborating with clients, trade partners, and internal teams. The Estimator also supports pursuit strategy, value engineering, and constructability reviews across a variety of sectors, including workplace, hospitality, lab/life science, education, senior living, and self‑perform projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player who is committed to delivering high‑quality, competitive project solutions while contributing to the organization’s continued growth and success.
