Role Description This position is responsible for preparing detailed estimates for structural fabrication and related construction projects, including material, labor, and equipment costs. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing architectural and structural drawings, coordinating with project managers and engineering teams, and clarifying scope and specifications with internal stakeholders and clients. The Project Estimator will develop and maintain cost databases, produce bid proposals, assist with budgeting and cost tracking, and support value engineering efforts to ensure competitive and accurate pricing. The role also involves communicating timelines and cost assumptions clearly, participating in bid reviews, and helping refine estimating processes to align with King C Steel Works’ quality and reliability standards.
