Job summary

Connect Search, LLC is seeking an experienced Estimator with a construction background to join our Mequon team. The role focuses on preparing cost estimates, evaluating bids, and coordinating with contractors and vendors to ensure accurate, timely bids.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of estimating experience, be proficient in AutoCAD or 3D modeling, and demonstrate strong math and communication skills to support project success.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of estimating experience in construction.
• Experience with AutoCAD or 3D modeling software required.
• Strong understanding of construction practices and specifications.
• Excellent math, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
